1. Acceptance of Terms

Welcome to Guestiqo. These Terms of Service ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Host", "you", or "your") and Guestiqo Ltd ("Guestiqo", "we", "us", or "our"), governing your access to and use of the Guestiqo website, applications, and digital guidebook services (collectively, the "Platform").

By creating an account, publishing a guidebook, or using the Platform, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy.

2. The Guestiqo Platform & Services

Guestiqo equips holiday rentals, boutique hotels, serviced apartments, and vacation home managers with elegant digital guest guidebooks accessed via customized QR codes and direct web links.

Key platform features include instant Wi-Fi copy buttons, check-in instructions, appliance guides, interactive area maps, custom recommendations, multi-language instant translation, guestbook memory walls, and optional bookable extras.

3. Host Account Responsibilities

When you register for an account with Guestiqo, you agree to:

• Provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date registration information.
• Maintain the confidentiality and security of your account credentials.
• Promptly notify Guestiqo if you suspect unauthorized access or any security breach.
• Assume full responsibility for all activities conducted under your host account.

4. Content Ownership & Intellectual Property

Your Content Remains Yours: You retain complete ownership and all intellectual property rights in the text, photographs, house rules, recommendations, and branding you upload to your guidebook ("Host Content").

License to Guestiqo: You grant Guestiqo a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to host, format, cache, and display your Host Content strictly for the purpose of operating and rendering your guidebooks to arriving guests.

Guestiqo Intellectual Property: All software, designs, layouts, templates, typography pairings, code, and trademarks associated with Guestiqo remain the exclusive property of Guestiqo Ltd.

5. Zero Commission Monetization Guarantee

You are solely responsible for fulfilling any services or items ordered by guests, setting truthful pricing, and managing direct transactions with your visitors.

6. Subscriptions, Free Trial & Cancellation

14-Day Free Trial: New hosts may explore and build complete guidebooks for 14 days without charge. No credit card is required to begin.

Subscription Tiers: Paid plans (Essential, Pro Host, and Portfolio Collection) are billed on either a monthly or discounted annual cadence. All fees are clearly stated at guestiqo.com/pricing.

Cancellation Anytime: You may cancel your subscription at any time directly through your host billing settings. Upon cancellation, your guidebooks remain active until the conclusion of your current paid billing period.

7. Acceptable Use Policy

You agree not to use the Guestiqo Platform to:

• Upload or publish false, misleading, fraudulent, or defamatory property details.
• Post content that infringes upon the copyright, trademark, or privacy rights of any third party.
• Introduce malicious software, viruses, worms, or disruptive automated scripts.
• Impersonate another host, property brand, or hospitality organization.
• Violate any local, national, or international tenancy, licensing, or safety regulations.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties & Limitation of Liability

The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. While we strive for 99.9% uptime, we do not guarantee that the service will be entirely uninterrupted or error-free.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Guestiqo Ltd shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages, or loss of profits, data, or bookings arising from your use of or inability to use the Platform.

9. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any dispute arising under or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
